Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 1-4 business days for order processing and handling before your order is shipped out. You will receive a notification email once your order has been shipped out. Please note that due to Covid-19, we are unable to guarantee shipping timeframes.

UNITED STATES ORDERS

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Standard (10-20 Business Days) - $22 USD

If you are shipping to or ordering from outside of Canada, the customer will be responsible for paying any and all local taxes, duties and other similar charges or impositions (including VAT) associated with your purchase upon receipt of the package. 

PO BOX POLICY
We do not ship to PO Boxes.

ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION
We offer Route Shipping Insurance at check out to help ensure your order is protected in the instance that it becomes lost-in-transit, stolen, or damaged during shipping. If you decide to opt out from using Route Shipping Insurance, we are not responsible for the loss or theft of packages once they have been delivered.

All claims must be submitted through the Route App, claims.route.com, or the Route confirmation email following your purchase.

 

RETURN POLICY

In the unlikely event that you find that our product is not for your skin or hair, Sculpt Skin Bar is happy to offer full returns within 30 days from the delivery date. Item must be in the original packaging and must not be damaged.

Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Please purchase a shipping label through your preferred carrier once the return is approved. We advise returning any products via trackable mail as we cannot guarantee that all return items will reach us. Kindly note, Sculpt Skin Bar is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We fully stand behind the quality of our products. In an unlikely event that your item is damaged or defective, kindly report your damaged item within 72 hours of delivery to be replaced/exchanged with a photograph or video of the damaged item.
